Our Story
C-Nova is the holding company established in 2023 by the Carlo Maresca Group. It was founded by Silvio Maresca after serving for 35 years as CEO of Bluserena.
Following the sale of Bluserena in 2021, Carlo Maresca S.p.A. has focused its operations on the real estate and renewable energy sectors.
C-Nova now operates primarily in the tourism industry.
